I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and have had two root canals done by Dr. Mize and when I tell you, he is the most professional, caring, knowledgeable, endodontist out there both procedures have been virtually painless and super fast. Dr. Mizes manner is top-tier and helped alleviate any anxiety I may have had pre-procedure. He makes sure that you’re doing fine, and explains everything thoroughly to you. You definitely can see how knowledgeable he is in his field. Also, his staff are all very kind and welcoming even when I have had a few scheduling conflicts with my appointment. They have been very accommodating and I truly appreciate them for that I will never go to another endo unless I physically have to, because Dr. Mize and his team are amazing and the best in my humble opinion.

Dr Mize and his staff turn a root canal into an effortless procedure. I was so impressed with his expertise as well as his sense of humor. Everything is explained step by step prior to the procedure and during so you always feel at ease. Highly highly recommended! They are also very punctual which I love and the entire process was an hour and 15 minutes. And my mouth was only numb for 15 minutes after and no pain. Bravo !

Dr. Mize is amazing! If you are like me having dental work done, ESPECIALLY when you are in great pain,is not top of you list of fun things to do. Dr. Mize made me comfortable throughout the whole procedure. He took the time to show me the problem and explained what he would be doing. I was super pleasantly surprised when he called me at home the next day with a follow up call just to make sure I was not in pain anymore!!!!! That meant a lot, also coupled with the fact he had come in on his day off to do the work as he knew I was in great pain. Thank you Dr. Mize!

I absolutely love Dr. Mize. I had been in pain 4 months with a tooth needing a root canal, and scheduled it with him at my earliest convenience. As luck would have it, I found out I was pregnant right before going through with this procedure. Knowing I could only have a local anesthetic due to the baby’s health, I was absolutely LOATHING this appointment. I mean no one wants a root canal period, not to mention wants one without being knocked out. I am being serious when I say he was so calm and nice, offered great “dad jokes”, as well as made this pain free. I mean I have had teeth cleanings that were more painful than this. I couldn’t even believe it. Thank you again Dr. Mize and I only wish you were in general dentistry too so that my whole family could go to you!

Dr. Mize was recommended by both a friend and my dentist as that both had work done by him. He fixed another dentist's bad job last year (my current dentists doesn't do root canals) so this was the second root canal on the same tooth. After a couple of bad experiences elsewhere, I've become extremely anxious with regard to pain but Dr. Mize made sure I felt none the whole time. Maybe it was the laughing gas, but he actually made my visit enjoyable as that he was a bit of a comedian by telling funny stories to me and his assistant. I can't recommend Dr. Mize enough. BEST ROOT CANAL EVER!
